Change comes from within and allowing different thought patterns as well as behavior will bring different results. Becoming aware of feelings and the ability to find ways of coping with or adjusting to life situations, will help determine what boundaries are needed with those around us. Christ centered therapy is availble upon request.

My background is 25 years of educational experience as well as working with families. I have training in Peer Mediation, Love & Logic, and Prepare & Enrich Marriage skills.
